Privacy Policy

Your Privacy

At The Pub Quiz Company, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to quiz nights and our web site. We really want you to know that The Pub Quiz Company is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We hate that happening to us, so we don't do that sort of thing. But just in case you don't believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we've provided lots of information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, get comfy and read on.

At our quiz nights

Collection and Use of Personal Information

During our quiz nights we collect information, some of which is personal. This is (but not limited to) your name and your photo. Why do we do this? The only time we collect things like your name is if you either provide it as a team name or we need to get in contact with you. If you provide it as a team name this information will be available for the public to view on our website and via various Social Media websites.

We also take photos of our night, to take part in our quizzes you are asked to accept our terms and conditions (which get handed out at the start of the night). This gives us permission to take photos, however should you wish to not have a close-up team photo it is your responsibility to let the quiz master know (he's not psychic). These photos will be uploaded to various social media sites along with our website and we might possibly use them for marketing purposes. You can view these photos at any time by visiting our Social Media pages or our website.

Should you wish to be removed from a photo please contact us at hello@thepubquizcompany.com and let us know what photo(s) you wish for us to remove and we will replace your face with something else (probably Chuck Norris).
